These Terms of Service govern your use of storevexora.com and purchases made from Vexora Store. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our applicable store policies.

2. Products and availability

We aim to present product information, images, colors, and specifications accurately. Display appearance may vary by device. Products, variants, and availability may change without notice.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. The price confirmed at checkout is the price charged for that order, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law. Payment is processed through the options presented at checkout.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, or fulfillment restrictions. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated by us or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Product warranty

Vexora provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects affecting the normal function of the watch. The warranty does not cover normal wear or cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, failure to follow the model’s stated water-resistance or care guidance, or unauthorized repair or modification. To request warranty support, contact support@storevexora.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Covered claims are assessed individually and may be resolved by repair, replacement, or another remedy required by applicable law. This limited warranty does not reduce or replace any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
