Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time using the link provided.

Please allow 2–3 business days after receiving your tracking number for it to show movement in the system.

What If My Order Is Late?

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at support@storevexora.com and we'll investigate immediately. If your package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within the US are not subject to customs fees. All prices shown include applicable taxes at checkout.
