Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

For U.S. orders, delivery after dispatch is typically estimated at 5–10 business days. For other destinations, delivery time varies by country and the available estimate is shown at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, high-volume periods, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping is available for eligible physical-product orders in supported destinations. The shipping methods available to your address and any final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when tracking is available. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to begin showing movement.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has started.

Delayed or missing orders

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order appears significantly delayed, email support@storevexora.com with your order number so we can review the shipment.
